Terms & Conditions for Simonites Events

In order to being able delivering outstanding services to our members, these are the rules you agree to, when registering for an event:

  1. No refund for cancellation from your side or no-show.
  2. You are allowed to sign up for yourself and (non-alumni) guests. Special rules may apply as described in the individual events.
  3. Event fees include the right to participate at a given, single event at a specific date, time and location.
  4. Event fees may or may not include further elements such as food or beverages. The extent to which such elements are included is stated in the individual event description. If nothing is stated, then further elements are not included.
